Terms of service

Last updated 4 November 2026

These terms are the agreement between an agency and Crewclash (“we”, “us”), for the use of Crewclash: the website, the agency portals and the Discord bot. By creating an account, signing in or using the service you agree to them. If you use Crewclash for an agency, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

The service

Crewclash gives an agency its own portal to schedule battles and events, a Discord bot for its server, and a way to arrange battles with other agencies. It is for businesses and for adults.

Accounts and access

  • An agency’s admins decide who can use the portal and who is an admin, including through the Discord roles they choose. The agency is responsible for what its admins and creators do in it.
  • Keep sign-in details and Discord access safe. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.
  • We may sign in to an agency’s portal to help with a problem, and only for that reason.

Your information

  • The agency is responsible for the information it puts into its portal, and confirms it has the right to use it, including permission from its creators for their names and TikTok handles to be stored here and shown to partner agencies on requests the agency sends.
  • Where we handle creators’ information for an agency we do so on the agency’s behalf, as set out in the privacy policy.
  • Battle rules and the 18+ setting are labels the agency chooses. We do not check anyone’s age or that a battle follows TikTok’s own rules.

Using the service properly

Do not use Crewclash to break the law, harass or deceive anyone, put other people’s information in without permission, attack or overload the service, get round its limits, or resell it. Follow Discord’s and TikTok’s own rules too.

Plans, payment and cancelling

  • Each plan has limits on the number of creators and partner agencies, shown on the site and in the portal.
  • Paid plans are subscriptions, billed in advance each month or year through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, and they renew automatically until cancelled. Prices include or exclude tax as shown at checkout.
  • An agency admin can change plan or cancel at any time from the portal’s billing page. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. We do not refund part-used periods unless the law says we must or we agree to in writing.
  • We will tell you before a price changes for an existing subscription, and the change applies from your next renewal. If you do not accept it you can cancel before then.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe will try again for a while. If it cannot be collected, we may limit or pause the agency’s portal until it is paid. We will not delete anything for non-payment without notice.
  • Some agencies are given access under an arrangement agreed with us outside Stripe. That arrangement applies to them in place of the billing terms above.
  • Discount codes apply as described when they are offered and cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.

Suspending and ending

  • You can stop using the service at any time. Ask us and we will delete an agency’s portal and its information, and you can ask for a copy of it first.
  • We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if payment is not made, or if the service is being used in a way that puts others at risk. We will give notice where we reasonably can.

Other companies’ services

Crewclash works with Discord, TikTok and Stripe but is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Those services can change or stop in ways we cannot control, and the use of them stays under their own terms.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve, change or remove features, and will give notice of any change that would materially affect a paying agency.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to an agency for anything arising from the service in any 12 months is limited to the amount it paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell agencies about anything that matters. Carrying on using the service after a change means you accept it.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your own courts.
